Is this coaching?
No. Wisdom will naturally be shared, but The Pastor's Table is not a formal coaching program or curriculum. It is a trusted community, a place for honest conversation, and a consistent source of practical perspective.
Why an application?

What if I miss a session?
Ministry and family life can be unpredictable. Members are asked to prioritize participation and remain engaged as consistently as possible, but missing an occasional session will not cost you your seat.
