Once each month, join a live conversation with a carefully selected expert bringing practical wisdom pastors may never encounter through traditional ministry channels. Each session also includes practical takeaways, recommended resources, or tools to help you put the conversation to work.
Stay Connected
A brotherhood that continues beyond the Zoom room through prayer, encouragement, relationships, and men who know enough about your life to notice when something changes.
All regular gatherings are live and online via Zoom. Table gatherings are approximately 90 minutes and the monthly Resource Room is approximately 60 minutes—about 4 hours of live connection each month.
Thursday nights at 7:00 PM Eastern.
One predictable weekly time slot. Three intentional Thursdays each month.
The 3rd Thursday remains open. Additional Table times may be added as membership grows.
This is not a Zoom room for pastors to rehearse how hard ministry is.
There is room to say, "This is hard." There is also an expectation that the Table helps you gain perspective and move forward.
Bring the burden. We just do not intend to leave you underneath it. The Table is facilitated to create honest conversation with forward movement—not complaint for complaint's sake.

The Pastor's Table is not charging you for friendship, and it is not designed to replace healthy friendships, mentors, denominational relationships, or the pastors you already meet with.
It is designed to add something most informal groups are not built to provide: consistent relationships, protected conversations, purposeful facilitation, uncommon outside perspectives, and direct access to experts and practical resources.
Conversation is easy to find. This kind of intentional ecosystem is not.

Sometimes the safest person to talk to is a pastor who understands the weight but does not know your elder, share your local politics, compete for the same people, or carry assumptions about everyone involved.
That distance can create unusual honesty—and fresh perspective.

What you should know before you apply.
Is The Pastor's Table online or in person?
Regular Table gatherings and Resource Room sessions are live online via Zoom, allowing pastors to build relationships outside their immediate local ministry environment.
When does The Pastor's Table meet?
The Founding Table meets Thursday nights at 7:00 PM Eastern. The Resource Room meets on the first Thursday from 7:00–8:00 PM ET. Pastor's Table gatherings meet on the second and fourth Thursdays from 7:00–8:30 PM ET. That is approximately four hours of live connection each month, with the third Thursday intentionally left open.
Who will actually be at my Table?
The Pastor's Table is exclusively for men serving in pastoral ministry. Applications collect ministry role and context so Tables can be curated intentionally rather than randomly. Each Table is intentionally limited to approximately 15 pastors, with enough shared leadership context to create relevance while still bringing fresh perspective into the room. When a Table fills, another Table opens.
I already meet with pastors or belong to a free cohort. Why would I need this?
Good—keep those relationships. The Pastor's Table is not charging you for friendship and is not designed to replace healthy friendships, mentors, or local pastor groups. It adds consistent relationships, protected conversations, purposeful facilitation, perspective from outside your immediate ministry ecosystem, and the Resource Room's direct access to experts and practical resources your existing circle may not naturally bring into your life.
Is this just a place for pastors to vent?
No. There is room for honesty and real burdens, but conversations are facilitated around a simple rhythm: Celebrate, Carry, Sharpen, Pray. The purpose is not to admire problems. It is to be known in what is hard, receive perspective and prayer, and move forward stronger.
How is confidentiality protected?
Trust cannot be guaranteed by a sentence on a website, so it is built into the structure: application-based membership, intentionally small Tables, consistent faces, active facilitation, and a Table Covenant requiring members to protect what is shared. Trust still develops over time, but the conditions for it are intentionally protected.
What is the Resource Room?
The Resource Room is one live monthly conversation with a carefully selected expert who can help pastors thrive in ministry and in life. It is not simply a resource library. Topics may include finances, additional income, business, investing, marriage, family, health, soul care, rest, travel, leadership, future planning, and ministry strategy. Each session also includes practical takeaways, recommended resources, or tools when appropriate so the value continues beyond the conversation.
What if I miss a session?
Ministry and family life can be unpredictable. Members are expected to value and prioritize the Table, but an occasional absence will not cost you your seat. Consistency matters because trust is relational, not transactional.
What is the investment?
Founding membership is $49 USD per month, month to month. International members should be aware that exchange rates or card-issuer fees may change the amount paid in local currency. The price is shown here before application so there are no surprises.
